Returns Policy

Wild About Mushrooms Ltd. takes great pride in our quality products and workmanship. Our priorities are design, construction, safety and materials. Prior to shipping, we inspect each order. Upon receipt of your product, you should inspect it and let us know if there are any damages.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for food products due to the nature of these items. The sales of all products are final. Please notify us immediately if you receive your order in a damaged condition.

Items that are Damaged

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at customer service -wildaboutmushroomsltd@gmail.com. Please send us photos of any damaged products, packaging and other relevant information.

We will then assess the situation, and if necessary, refund the purchase price or replace the item. We will do this as soon as we can and keep you updated throughout the entire process.

Order Cancellation

Within one hour after placing your order, you can cancel it. We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed.
